Role Overview:
Pisteyo is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Channel & Partner Manager to lead the development and growth of our indirect sales channels. In this role, you will establish and manage relationships with key partners such as technology advisors, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and companies like Microsoft, driving mutual success and expanding our market presence. This is a pivotal role for an entrepreneurial professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to build and nurture a partner ecosystem that fuels business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel and partner strategy to drive indirect sales and market expansion.
  • Identify, onboard, and cultivate relationships with key partners, including technology advisors, MSPs, and platform providers such as Microsoft.
  • Work collaboratively with partners to design joint go-to-market strategies that align with Pisteyo’s goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing support, training, and resources to ensure successful collaboration.
  • Build and manage partner enablement programs to maximize their ability to sell and support Pisteyo’s AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align partner efforts with business priorities.
  • Track and analyze partner performance metrics, using data to optimize strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with policies.
  • Represent Pisteyo at industry events and partner meetings, building the brand and fostering strong relationships.
  • Continuously identify and act on opportunities to improve the partner experience and expand Pisteyo’s partner network.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development, preferably in the technology or AI industry.
  • Strong knowledge of indirect sales channels, including MSPs, technology advisors, and platform providers like Microsoft.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building trust and fostering collaboration.
  • Experience designing and executing partner enablement programs.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, action-oriented approach to identifying and executing on opportunities.
