Join Pisteyo as an AI Solution Architect, where you will design and deliver practical AI solutions that help clients drive operational efficiency, unlock new capabilities, and achieve measurable business outcomes. In this customer-facing role, you’ll lead discovery with stakeholders, translate business needs into scalable solution architectures, and guide end-to-end implementation using Pisteyo’s SCALE℠ Framework (Strategy, Change, AI Tools, Education, Leadership). You’ll bring hands-on experience building AI Agents, AI Chatbots, and AI integrations, and you’ll partner with client teams to embed AI into real workflows—securely, responsibly, and with a clear path to adoption and ROI.

What you’ll do

• Client discovery & strategy: Run workshops to identify high-value use cases, map workflows, define success metrics, and build an AI roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Solution architecture: Design end-to-end AI architectures spanning GenAI, agentic workflows, RAG, data/analytics, automation, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Build & integrate: Deliver AI Agents and AI Chatbots, and integrate them into enterprise systems (e.g., CRM/ERP, ITSM, data platforms, collaboration tools) via APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
• Implementation leadership: Guide technical delivery—from prototyping to production—ensuring reliability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Governance & risk: Help clients implement AI governance, privacy/security controls, evaluation/testing, and responsible AI practices.
• Enablement & change: Train stakeholders, create playbooks, and support adoption so solutions stick and scale.

What you bring

• 7+ years in solution architecture, AI engineering, data platforms, or automation (consulting experience a plus).
• Proven delivery of AI Agents, AI Chatbots, and AI integrations in real business environments.
• Strong understanding of LLM application patterns (prompting, tools/function calling, RAG, guardrails, evals, monitoring).
• Experience with cloud and modern data stacks (Azure/AWS/GCP) and API-based integration design.
• Excellent stakeholder communication—able to translate technical options into clear business tradeoffs and outcomes.
• Comfort operating across strategy and execution (whiteboard → prototype → production).
